Q: What time does the training or examination start?

A: Trainings and examinations start at 0900 hour.

 

Q: When do I need to pay the examination deposit?

A: The deposit must accompany all examination application forms. Failure to submit the deposit payment will result in MINDT not processing your application and forwarding it to AQB for examination confirmation.

 

Q: Can I change my examination date after I have submitted my application forms and deposit?

A: Certainly, you have the option to do so. However, please note that a RM486 administrative fee will be applied for changing the examination date. 

 

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Booking Confirmation
All training programmes and certification examinations require advance booking.
To secure a training or examination slot, participants are required to pay a non-refundable deposit as follows:
     • Training Programme: RM1,000.00 (non-refundable)
     • Certification Examination: RM500.00 (non-refundable)
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.


2.Payment Terms
The remaining balance of the training and/or examination fee must be paid in full before the commencement of the training programme and/or certification examination. Failure to make full payment may result in the booking being postponed or cancelled.


3. Training Postponement
Participants may request to postpone their training programme by providing written notice to the Company.
No administrative fee will be charged for postponement of the training programme, subject to slot availability and approval by the Company.
The non-refundable deposit paid will be transferred to the rescheduled training date.


4.Examination Rescheduling
Participants may request to change their examination date.
     • If the examination has not yet been submitted to the Approved Qualifying Body (AQB) for processing, the examination date may be changed without any administrative fee, subject to availability.
     • Once the examination submission has been made to the Approved Qualifying Body (AQB), any request to change the examination date will incur an administrative fee of RM486.00 (inclusive of 8% SST).
The administrative fee must be paid before the new examination date can be confirmed.


5. Cancellation by Participant
The booking deposit is strictly non-refundable.
If a participant decides to cancel the training programme or certification examination after the payment of the deposit, the deposit paid will be forfeited.
Any payments made in excess of the non-refundable deposit may be refunded at the Company's sole discretion after deducting any administrative charges, third-party fees, or costs already incurred.
Any order once confirmed - is not cancellable. Cancellation of the Order by the participant shall only be accepted on condition that a 25% levy of the Course fee and/ or Exam fee be incurred by the participant.


6. Cancellation or Postponement by the Company
The Company reserves the right to postpone or cancel any training programme or certification examination due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrolment, trainer availability, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
In such cases, participants may choose to:
     • transfer their booking to the next available session; or
     • receive a refund of all payments made, excluding any non-refundable third-party charges that have already been incurred where applicable.


7. General Terms
• All requests for cancellation, postponement, or examination rescheduling must be submitted in writing via email.
• Approval of any postponement or rescheduling request is subject to availability.
• The Company reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
• By making payment for any training programme or certification examination, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Privacy Policy

At MINDT Training and Certification Sdn. Bhd. ("MINDT", "the Company", "we", "our", or "us"), we are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the personal information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MINDT Training and Certification Sdn. Bhd. ("MINDT", "the Company", "we", "our", or "us").
These Terms & Conditions govern your registration for, participation in, and use of our training programmes, certification examinations, website, and related services. By registering for any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


1. Registration
Registration for any training programme or certification examination is subject to availability and confirmation by MINDT.
The Company reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any registration at its sole discretion.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.


2. Payment Terms
A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure a training or examination slot.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
     • Training Programme Deposit: RM1,000.00
     • Certification Examination Deposit: RM500.00
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the commencement of the training programme and/or certification examination.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation or postponement of the booking.


3. Training Attendance
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions punctually.
Late arrival, absenteeism or early departure may affect eligibility for course completion, examination admission or certification, where attendance requirements are imposed by the certification body or accreditation requirements.
MINDT reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual whose conduct is disruptive, abusive or inappropriate without any refund.


4. Certification Examination
Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all eligibility requirements imposed by the relevant certification body before registering for an examination.
MINDT acts as a training provider and/or examination administration partner where applicable.
The Company cannot guarantee that any participant will pass an examination or obtain certification.
Examination results are determined solely by the relevant certification body or examination authority.


5. Certificates
Certificates will only be issued after participants have successfully fulfilled all applicable requirements, including:
     • attendance requirements;
     • assessment requirements;
     • examination requirements;
     • full payment of all outstanding fees.
Where certificates are issued by an external certification body, the issuance timeline is subject to that organisation's policies and procedures.


6. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All course materials, manuals, presentations, examination preparation materials, videos, graphics, logos and other learning resources remain the intellectual property of MINDT or its licensors.
Participants shall not:
     • copy;
     • reproduce;
     • distribute;
     • upload;
     • publish;
     • record;
     • modify;
     • sell; or
     • commercially exploit
any training materials without prior written consent from MINDT.
Unauthorised recording of training sessions, whether in audio, video or photographic form, is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval has been obtained.


7. Postponement, Cancellation and Refund
Requests for postponement or cancellation must be submitted in writing.
The Company's prevailing Cancellation & Refund Policy shall apply to all training programmes and certification examinations.
Participants are encouraged to review the Cancellation & Refund Policy before making payment.


8. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally throughout the training programme and examination.
MINDT reserves the right to remove any participant who:
     • disrupts the learning environment;
     • behaves inappropriately;
     • engages in harassment or discrimination;
     • cheats during examinations or assessments;
     • damages Company property.
Removal under these circumstances shall not entitle the participant to any refund.


9. Personal Data Protection
The collection, processing and use of personal data shall be governed by the Company's Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
By registering for our services, participants consent to the processing of their personal information for purposes relating to training, examinations, certification and regulatory compliance.


10. Limitation of Liability
MINDT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from participation in any training programme or certification examination.
The Company shall not be responsible for:
     • examination failures;
     • certification delays caused by external certification bodies;
     • travel expenses;
     • accommodation costs;
     • business losses;
     • loss of income; or
     • any other consequential losses.


11. Force Majeure
MINDT shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
     • natural disasters;
     • pandemics;
     • government restrictions;
     • industrial disputes;
     • power failures;
     • internet disruptions;
     • venue unavailability; or
     • other unforeseen events.
Where reasonably practicable, alternative arrangements or rescheduling options will be offered.


12. Website Usage
The information published on the Company's website is provided for general information purposes only.
Although every reasonable effort is made to ensure accuracy, MINDT does not warrant that all information is complete, current or error-free.
The Company reserves the right to amend course information, schedules, fees, trainers and examination arrangements without prior notice.


13. Third-Party Certification Bodies
Certain training programmes and examinations are conducted in collaboration with external certification bodies, accreditation bodies or examination partners.
MINDT is not responsible for changes made by these organisations, including but not limited to:
     • examination requirements;
     • certification criteria;
     • examination fees;
     • certification validity;
     • certification policies; or
     • processing timelines.
Participants remain subject to the rules and policies of the relevant certification body.


14. Amendments
MINDT reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The latest version shall be published on the Company's website and shall take immediate effect upon publication.


15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
